Further to the information regarding the discontinuation of gifts for shareholders attending the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Ebro Foods, S.A., the Company hereby informs that it has made an irrevocable donation of €25,000 to Fundación tuTECHÔ, which will use this amount to further its charitable purposes.
