Innovation is the Group’s main driver of growth and one of our most important strategic tools. Our R&D&I centres work towards this every day, developing new recipes, formats and preparation methods so that our brands can meet consumer needs. This work spans our entire range, with particular emphasis on microwaveable products (RTS), fresh pasta and premium pasta, categories that offer the greatest opportunities for growth and respond to new consumer trends.
Our results for the first nine months of 2026 allow us to put figures to this progress. In Spain, sales of microwaveable cups have grown by 11%; in France, we have reached a 25% share of the microwaveable segment; and in the United Kingdom, Tilda® has grown by 7% in this category. In the United States, Riviana is gaining share in cups and doy-packs, reaching 23.3%.
To continue growing, we are further expanding our range. In Spain, Brillante® has added Curry, Teriyaki and Burrito recipes to its cups and has brought dishes such as Arroz Basmati Tres Delicias, Ensalada de Pasta and Ensalada de Quinoa con Garbanzos to the chilled aisle. In the United States, Minute® has added two varieties to its Rice Cups range, while Success® has launched Sticky Rice, an Asian-style rice that cooks in its own bag. In Italy, Riso Scotti® has introduced Pronti Riso, with pulses and vegetables.
As well as expanding our ranges, we are also entering new categories. Tilda® has done so with Tilda® Pulses, six ready-to-heat varieties of lentils, beans and chickpeas. The brand has also joined forces with Original Flava to create a limited-edition Pumpkin and Scotch Bonnet Chilli Rice. Meanwhile, Kohinoor® Meal Kits bring together the essential ingredients for preparing Indian recipes at home.
In fresh pasta, we continue to focus on recipes prepared directly in the frying pan. Gnocchi are the main driver of Lustucru®’s sales volume growth in France, where the launch of its pan-fried filled pasta has also proved particularly successful. The brand has expanded its range with Crunchy Fondant tortellini and its Extra, Camembert and Chèvre-Lardons gnocchi recipes. In Spain, Brillante®’s new Ñoquis a la Sartén are also achieving good results.
Premium pasta is likewise delivering positive results. In Spain, Garofalo® has significantly strengthened its presence and now accounts for more than 60% of the quality Italian pasta segment. The brand continues to expand its range with products such as Strapasta, its high-protein pasta, and it is maintaining double-digit growth in the United States.
These new products reinforce what sets our brands apart: the ability to differentiate ourselves and anticipate consumer needs.
