During her address, the President of the Ebro Foundation reviewed the work carried out by both the Foundation and the Group in the areas of sustainability and social responsibility—two dimensions that are essential to the way Ebro understands its business activity and which find in HEADING TOWARDS 2030 a framework that guides and gives continuity to the Group’s long‑standing commitment.
In 2025, more than 200 social initiatives were carried out, with a total investment exceeding €2.5 million and an estimated direct impact on approximately 650,000 individuals. This work was carried out in the communities where the Group operates, with a special focus on initiatives related to social support, inclusion, education, employability, and assistance to vulnerable populations.
Among the most notable initiatives, Blanca Hernández highlighted the recognition received by tuTECHÔ, which was awarded the 2026 CODESPA Award in the Inclusive Business category for its impact investment initiative to combat homelessness. The award, presented by His Majesty King Felipe VI, underscores the real impact the project is having on thousands of people experiencing homelessness.
She also emphasized the Group’s efforts in food donation, with more than 641 tons delivered to food banks, soup kitchens and other third‑sector organizations . These efforts are complemented by additional initiatives carried out by subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Canada, such as the sale of products at reduced or cost price, aimed at facilitating access to healthy and nutritious food for individuals and families with limited resources.
On the environmental front, she referenced sustainable agriculture programs tied to the Group’s primary raw materials, as well as investments and process improvements made in production facilities to advance energy efficiency, water treatment, by-product valorization, and the use of renewable fuels.
Blanca Hernández concluded her remarks by thanking the subsidiaries, partner organizations and all Group professionals for their commitment and dedication, which enable Ebro to put into practice its vision of corporate responsibility.
