The Group has brought the first nine months of the financial year to a satisfactory close in a particularly complex context, shaped by geopolitical tensions, rising energy and logistics costs, tariffs in the United States and unfavourable exchange rate movements. These factors were compounded by heat waves across Europe, which affected consumption in certain categories, as well as the usual summer shutdowns at our plants.<\/p>\n

Despite these challenges, the strong performance of our main brands, the growth of our higher value-added categories and the responsiveness of our teams have enabled us to maintain positive business momentum. The Rice Division delivered a solid third quarter across its key markets, with significant progress in microwaveable rice, aromatic rice, and premium specialty products. Although the Pasta Division has operated in a more demanding environment, it continues to record positive commercial performance across its strategic brands and categories.<\/p>\n

During this period, we have continued to strengthen the foundations of our future growth through the acquisition of Best Rice and the advancement of various industrial projects in Europe and the United States. These initiatives are aimed at expanding our production capacity and supporting the development of the categories with the greatest potential.<\/p>\n

We approach the final stretch of the year with caution, but also with confidence in the strength of our businesses and in the commitment of all the teams across the Group. In an environment that remains uncertain and demanding, our forecasts point to a very satisfactory set of results for the full year.<\/p>\n
