{"id":31323,"date":"2023-06-28T12:34:38","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:34:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ebrofoods.es\/?p=31323"},"modified":"2023-06-28T13:10:23","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T11:10:23","slug":"the-third-edition-of-ebro-talent-kicks-off","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ebrofoods.es\/en\/caring-for-news\/the-third-edition-of-ebro-talent-kicks-off\/","title":{"rendered":"The third edition of Ebro Talent kicks off"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once again, Ebro Foods and Loyola University of Seville have renewed their <strong>commitment to innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector<\/strong>, with the joint launch of a new edition of &#8220;Ebro Talent: Caring for Innovation&#8221;, a program aimed at <strong>promoting, encouraging, and supporting innovation in the food sector in Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Ebro Talent: Caring for Innovation&#8221;<\/strong> new edition continues to pivot around <strong>four challenges<\/strong> which would engage in solutions for the improvement of Spain\u2019s agri-food sector. All whilst supporting and contributing to the identification and innovative talent, as fostering the development of groundbreaking solutions which grant a more sustainable and efficient food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, the challenges, launched by the program to the innovative ecosystem in this third edition, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHALLENGE 1: How could we <strong>reduce the use of plastics<\/strong> in product packaging?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHALLENGE 2: How could we <strong>reduce the waste of resources<\/strong> in the value chain through the use of prediction?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHALLENGE 3: How can <strong>Artificial Intelligence be applied to marketing<\/strong> to obtain more efficient and personalized results for diverse promotional actions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHALLENGE 4 (OPEN): What solution or technological innovation can you propose which adds to the overall objectives of the program?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this new summon of <strong>Ebro Talent: Caring for Innovation<\/strong>, entrepreneurs who propose solutions to any of these challenges, will participate in a <strong>Bootcamp<\/strong>.
