The good performance of our brands has resulted in a 7,6% growth in turnover, reaching \u20ac2.813,3 million. EBITDAA registered an increase of 11,5% compared to 2018, and reached to \u20ac342,7 million.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Group has developed an intense activity all throughout the year and one of the core work strategies has been both organic and inorganic growth: we have reinforced our premium positioning with the acquisition of the company Tilda, a prestigious business in the category of basmati rice, well positioned in the UK, the Middle East, North America and India markets, and very complementary business for the Group.<\/p>\n\n<p>Some other important investments have been made, aiming to foster organic development, such as: optimization of distribution in France and building of a new plant in La Rinconada (Sevilla).\u00a0 Also, new product lines of skillet <em>gnocchi<\/em> have been introduced to Canada, as well as the enlargement of the microwave cup plant in Memphis.<\/p>\n\n<p>For further information, you can click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebrofoods.es\/en\/news\/turnover-up-7-6-to-e2813-3-million\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We closed a highly satisfactory 2019.
