This initiative acknowledges the best places to work in over 50 countries around the world. Quite an achievement, especially since it is the first rice producer in India to obtain this award.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;vertical-align:baseline\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Every year, more than 8,000 organisations in 50 different countries are analysed and assessed by the <\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\"> to achieve this certification. Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute is a global research, advisory and training entity that helps organisations to identify, create and maintain excellent places to work through the development of High Trust cultures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:15.0pt;text-align:justify;vertical-align: baseline\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\">The list of certified entities is drawn up based on the perception that employees have of their respective companies and the human resources practices and policies implemented in those organisations, obtained through a survey that measures precisely the conduct, behaviour and atmosphere in the most desirable workplaces in the world and successful companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:15.0pt;text-align:justify;vertical-align: baseline\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\">How is trust measured?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:15.0pt;text-align:justify;vertical-align: baseline\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Trust is measured through two pillars of analysis. On the one hand, the organisation\u0092s culture is investigated through its employees\u0092 replies in the employee survey (<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Trust Index<sup>\u00a9<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\" lang=\"EN-GB\"> survey<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;color:#333333\" lang=\"EN-GB\">), which focuses on the five dimensions that are in the employees\u0092 vision.
