EBRO FOODS, S.A. has made two capital increases by virtue of resolutions adopted at general meetings held on 26 June 2001 and 11 June 2002, issuing fully paid-up shares at the rate of one new share for every five old ones and one new share for every four old ones, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

EBRO FOODS currently has a capital of EUR 92,319,235.20, fully subscribed and paid up, divided into 153,865,392 shares (153,865,392 voting rights) with a par value of sixty euro cents each, all issued in the same class and having the same voting and economic rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shares are issued in book-entry form, registered with the Management company of the Securities Clearing and Settlement Systems (IBERCLEAR) and listed on the Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao stock exchanges in Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shares in the capital are considered securities and are governed by the regulations of the Securities Market.<\/span><\/p>\n

Structure of the Share Capital<\/h2>\n
